2. Coordinate and negotiate all vendor packages and budgets of the project to prevent cost overruns.

3. Continue to review the current design criteria of the project to create efficient time management to deliver exceptional results in a timely manner.

4. Coordinate the construction of the project and provide all necessary labour force required.

5. Implement management control of all project activities from base to the site to alleviate any delays and downtime.

6. Maintain and update all related project accounting including timely and well supported billing and disbursements.

7. Perform regular site visits to ensure all services rendered are of the highest standards
